Vanguard Leasing has the following positions available.  We are looking for smart, fun-loving professionals who can work in a stressful environment while maintaining a sense of humor.  All positions are located in our Bensalem, Pennsylvania main office.

Credit Manager:

This management position will require experience in granting consumer or small business credit.  We seek someone who can listen to a story and decide if the story makes credit sense.  The qualified candidate will be well-versed in reading and interpreting consumer credit bureaus.  Ability to study credit trends and oversee a collection department are medium-term responsibilities this candidate will assume over time.  Leasing experience not required but financial service experience preferred.  Competitive salary package including medical and 401(k) benefits.  If you are looking for a great place to work where your skills and experience will enable you to contribute to the corporate goals; if you are looking for a true career opportunity, this may be the position for you.  EXCELLENT PC skills in particular Excel are a requirement. 

Operations Staff:

Tired of the same old thing, day in and day out with your current employer?  If you can't remember the last time you were sent to a training class, then you should consider a career opportunity at Vanguard.  We are hiring operations support staff who will run credit reports, assemble credit information, prepare lease documents, file UCCs, interact with customers, provide customer service and provide sales support.  Spanish language skills would be a benefit.

Sales:

We have openings for seasoned leasing sales professionals.  We are a small-ticket leasing company, if you do not have vendor relationships in the small ticket arena, you do not qualify.  Vanguard sales people are involved in the credit process, have decision-making authority and are responsible.  You must be able to generate application volume within 30 days.  If your business is not transferable, then do not apply.  The sales positions do not have to be located at our main office, we are open to remote sales offices for proven producers.
